Precious Cousins

There can’t be another. Don’t you see

 I’m uniquely me.

I’m not afraid of my struggle

 of being me,

since it’s all I can be.

I need to fight to be who I am.

Besides you wouldn’t understand

that as an almost perfect man.

Black Women are hated and loved by many.

 Disabilities ignored and smothered with money,

people in pain misunderstood, mistreated.

Life in vain.

Disappointment and treatment after treatment.

People with attitude without the treatment.

Life is about power and money, not humanity.

Humanity crumbled with rich men’s sanity.

 It’s amazing how life ceases to amaze me.

It’s amazing how my life is not amazing.

 Despite the jealous sister

with horrible mom favoring me memories,

there’s people living without the realities.

 The world cares about global warming now.

 U.S White House is out of touch; ridiculous now.

 My life is funny, nothing more. I'm just a prisoner with no life decor.

About my life, how can you be so sure?
