Skinny

Sticks and stones, you’re so thin you look like skeleton bones.

Built so lean and mini like a Slim Jim, but it’s not my fault that I’m oh so skinny.

Scrawny, bony, slender, and more. I’ve heard it all quite before.

No matter what jokes or insults they may throw, all they see is someone who’s oh so skinny.

They say I need more meat or that I have to eat because I’m too petite.

To me it's just a little silly and also pretty kiddy to make fun of someone who’s oh so skinny.

My generation wants a “natural” body, or for you to have a pretty face and thin waist.

Sorry that I don't have a big rear end or some huge melons, I’m just a twiggy who’s oh so skinny.

Boy’s don’t want someone who's big and curvy, or underweight and sturdy.

Guess dating is off the table, not surprised that guys are unable to like a girl who’s oh so skinny.

What about my size and my figure? Body slander is not okay.

What I DO say is, you are beautiful in every shape and way. Even if you’re oh so skinny.
